About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Housing Concierge to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, who require supported housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the health and safety of the building, including patrolling to check fire doors and ensuring everything is locked and secure.
  • Provide first-line support to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a sensitive and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our wider team to ensure the smooth operation of our services and the delivery of excellent customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and tidy environment, including general office cleaning and stocking.

Requirements:

  • Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Ability to use technology to monitor CCTV and update records.
