Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk team to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Front Office Manager to ensure smooth operations and address any shortfalls in service quality and operating standards.
- Provide support and guidance to new staff members to ensure they integrate and operate in accordance with company procedures and expectations.
- Ensure that all bookings are guaranteed and no-show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Front of House supervisor in a similar operation.
- Personable and engaging with the ability to build rapport easily, with great communication skills with both internal departments and guests alike.
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team to reach their full potential both personally and professionally.
- A positive can-do attitude, you are calm under pressure, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
