Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Company Administration Specialist to administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and tax obligations, handling correspondence, managing client relationships, maintaining accounting records, and mentoring junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other entities, ensuring timely completion of tax returns and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Handle incoming correspondence efficiently, preparing detailed communication notes and meeting documents as required.
  • Act as the immediate point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Oversee accounting records and billing processes, updating database records and monitoring aged debts.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and development.

Requirements

  • Educated to A level or degree standard, with a minimum of two years trust and company administration experience.
  • Professional qualification to Certificate Level (e.g. ICSA/STEP) preferred, with strong IT skills and knowledge of local laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a solution-driven mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
