Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Flagship Consulting in Bristol.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, education, and health.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with a team of experienced Chartered professionals to deliver projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Some experience working as a Quantity Surveyor at Assistant or Graduate level
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • A willingness to work towards your APC and become Chartered
