About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team at 1st Executive Ltd, a leading global insurance organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing our business-critical BPO supplier, driving value, performance, and commercial efficiency from large-scale BPO contracts.

As a strategic partner, you will create clear supplier strategies (commercial, contractual, and risk) for a defined BPO service supplier (Marketing, Print, and Communications).

With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you will ensure the requirements, contractual obligations, procurement policy, and business unit objectives are met and evidenced in regular routines.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing outsourced/BPO suppliers in Print, Marketing, and Communications, with a deep understanding of EBA and PRA regulations.

You will work closely with our team to develop the supplier relationship strategy, balancing external trends against business objectives and desired customer outcomes.

Our salary package includes £75,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits, and we require the successful candidate to be a UK Resident, holding current and valid UK Right to Work.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and implement effective supplier relationship strategies to drive value, performance, and commercial efficiency
  • Manage outsourced/BPO suppliers in Print, Marketing, and Communications, ensuring compliance with EBA and PRA regulations
  • Collaborate with the team to balance external trends against business objectives and desired customer outcomes
  • Drive performance in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs, ensuring excellent results
  • Manage 3rd Party Risk (TP) in accordance with Group Outsourcing Risk Policy
  • Ideal candidate will have a degree qualification and relevant industry experience
