About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join the MSK Physiotherapy Outpatient Team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. This is a permanent, part-time role based in Kidderminster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex and varied caseload in a busy, friendly department.
  • Provide high-quality patient-focused care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and deliver individual treatment programs.
  • Supervise, support, and educate qualified and unqualified staff and students.
  • Participate in departmental audit to support evidence-based practice.
Requirements
  • NHS experience in MSK outpatients.
  • Advanced skills in assessing and treating MSK conditions.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and committed to delivering evidence-based practice.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
