We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Histopathologist to join our dynamic team at Pulse Healthcare in Essex.

Hours: Full time or Part time
Salary: £99,532 - £131,964 per annum

Requirements:
- Full registration and licence to practise with the GMC and be on the Specialist Register in Histopathology (or be eligible for registration within six months of interview).
- Applicants that are UK trained must also be a holder of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or be within six months of award of CCT by date of interview.
- FRCPath (part 1 and part 2).
About the Department:
The Histopathology Department at Pulse Healthcare is equipped with cutting-edge technology and staffed by a team of highly skilled professionals. The department plays a crucial role in diagnosing diseases through the examination of tissue samples, providing essential information for patient treatment plans.
Typical Job Plan:
- Diagnostic Services: Perform histopathological examinations and provide accurate and timely diagnoses.
- Multidisciplinary Team Meetings: Participate in regular MDT meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
- Teaching and Training: Contribute to the education and training of junior doctors, medical students, and other healthcare professionals.
- Research and Development: Engage in research activities to advance the field of histopathology and improve patient outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality standards within the department.
