Technical Lead for AI-Powered Book Creation Platform

Manpower UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the development of their new AI-enhanced book creation platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and project management, with expertise in AI technologies and native Apple application development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver a cutting-edge platform that integrates AI assistance throughout the book creation process.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
  • Manage and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and technical leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in leading the development of complex software projects from conception to launch.
  • Proficiency in Java and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Experience with frontend technologies and Apple's AI frameworks, including Core ML and Create ML.
  • Understanding of AI models such as GPT-4 for natural language processing tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Certified Scrum Master.
  • Experience in developing AI-driven applications or platforms.
  • Knowledge of data security best practices and encryption technologies.
