Join our dynamic retail team as a Store Manager and take on the challenge of leading our award-winning SPAR store in Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment that reflects the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and stock control.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Sales and Performance: Set and achieve sales targets, actively driving initiatives to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Community Involvement: Actively participate in local community events and initiatives to strengthen the store's ties with the community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and the local community.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive business performance.
