We are seeking a highly skilled Community Liaison Specialist to join our Membership Engagement Team at the Royal British Legion. This is an exciting opportunity for an effective communicator to build relationships with our diverse volunteers and provide support, advice, and guidance to members in North Wales.

About the Role

As a Community Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members can continue to make a positive impact in their communities. You will work closely with our Membership Engagement Team to provide support, advice, and guidance to ensure our members receive the help they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide support, advice, and guidance to members in North Wales
  • To build relationships with our diverse volunteers and stakeholders
  • To work collaboratively with the Membership Engagement Team to deliver exceptional member experiences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working with diverse groups and individuals
  • A strong understanding of the needs of veterans and their families
