About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Colour Technician to join our team at Toni & Guy. As a Colour Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional colour services to our clients, while also providing a tailored experience that meets their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized consultations with clients to understand their colour preferences and goals.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and retention rates.
  • Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
  • Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed Toni & Guy brand.
  • Embrace the Superbrand status of Toni & Guy, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.

Requirements
  • Showcase your expertise in a wide range of hairdressing techniques, precise cuts, and styling.
