**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Wok Chef to join our team at Cavalry Global. As a Wok Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine in a fast-paced, quality-led restaurant environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and cook Chinese dishes to a high standard
* Work effectively in a team to deliver excellent customer service
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu ideas

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wok Specialist working on a Turbo wok
* Extensive experience with Chinese cuisine
* Background in fine dining restaurants, 4/5 star hotels, or resorts
* Ability to work in a busy kitchen serving over 200 covers
* Good personality and desire to progress
* Good command of English (IELTS 4.0 required)
