About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to children who are deemed at risk, those with additional learning needs, EAL (English as an additional language), and those who struggle with their behavior.
  • Work closely with the Inclusion Team to develop and implement strategies to support children's academic and social needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to provide a comprehensive support package for children.
  • Run 1:1 and small group interventions to support children's learning and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of a welcoming and inclusive school environment.
Requirements
  • Relevant graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
