The Bumblebee Conservation Trust, a renowned organization dedicated to bumblebee conservation, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the part-time position of Ambassador for Biodiversity Outreach. This role will play a crucial part in driving the organization's 10-year strategy, particularly Aim 2, which focuses on inspiring people and organizations to take action for bumblebees.
The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of an effective outreach strategy that encompasses face-to-face interactions with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) related to face-to-face outreach, ensuring that data collection methods and tools are efficient, and providing necessary training and support to staff and volunteers to confidently report on the impact of outreach activities.
Additionally, this role will work closely with the fundraising team to generate income, enabling the sustainable growth of the organization's outreach activities across the UK.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience), Estimated Salary Range: £36,250
