Logistics Operative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operative to join our team in Swindon, working on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving license and a background in safe trailer handling.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for Class 1 Drivers looking for their next challenge as a Logistics Operative. As a key member of our logistics team, you will work closely with Iceland Foods and contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parking and positioning trailers in designated areas.
  • Safely manoeuvring trailers around the site.
  • Coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Requirements
  • HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving license.
  • Valid driver CPC and digital tachograph cards.
  • No more than three penalty points on your licence (no TT, DD, DR, DG, BA, AC, LC or CD endorsements).
  • Previous shunting experience is desirable.
