Technical Leadership Role for Engineering Team

At Valeo Foods UK, we're dedicated to crafting delicious confectionary treats that bring joy to millions. As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading our dynamic engineering team and driving success at our Cleckheaton site.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to optimize production efficiency
- Drive improvements in key engineering KPIs such as downtime, productivity, and OEE
- Manage the engineering budget to achieve strategic objectives
- Implement maintenance strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team
- Proven leadership skills with experience in building high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of engineering compliance requirements
- Recognised qualification in engineering and management
- Sound commercial skills with stakeholder interaction
- Full understanding of CMMS and PPM systems
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous holiday allowance.
