The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a nurturing classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
- Provide individualised support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
- Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
