Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Credit Controller to manage the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and minimising credit risk to the company. Key responsibilities include maintaining the debt ledger across one or more operating entities, processing customer payments accurately, resolving price mismatches and quantity disputes, communicating with customers to ensure prompt payments, collaborating with the sales team, raising credit notes and providing cover for colleagues as needed.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will require at least 3 years' experience in credit control, previous FMCG experience, excellent communication skills and adaptability to meet demands. If you have a proven track record in managing debt recovery processes and possess strong analytical skills, we would like to hear from you.
