Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Contract Manager and Supervisor in the management of programmed maintenance
  • Lead by example in grounds maintenance work, promoting a culture of excellence and safety
  • Manage the security of vehicles, plant, and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and stored
  • Complete daily check sheets and paperwork to ensure the smooth operation of the team
  • Support and guide the service delivery team, including grounds maintenance operatives
  • Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels, ensuring the team is well-managed and productive
