Location: Remote Role (UK Wide)
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experienced reward & employment tax professionals and advising business leaders regarding reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice regarding reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.
- Develop and implement global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
- Provide cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging the use of technology for such work.
- Prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients can meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in reward and employment tax to join our team at JAM Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a corporate or consulting environment and a proven track record of providing expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation.
Requirements:
- Previous reward or employment tax experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment is essential.
- Additional global mobility, compensation, and taxation experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting the highest standards of service.
