As a key member of the international treasury operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the global bank fee analytics and automation of the business.
Main Responsibilities:- Bank Fee Analysis: Analyze and monitor bank fees globally, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain banking relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Payment Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for international payments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- International Payment Management: Manage international payments, including foreign currency transactions and cross-border settlements, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Process Streamlining: Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and automate international payments processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present reports and presentations to communicate international payment activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Bank Fee Error Analysis: Conduct analysis of bank fees, identifying errors and implementing corrective actions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Financial Statement Support: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure bank fees are recorded accurately within financial statements and budgets.
- Operational Forecasting: Contribute to global operational forecasting, improving the cash forecasting model by understanding country-specific cash flows and timings.
- Treasury Management System Support: Utilize treasury management systems to maintain up-to-date records and support the expansion of payment modules into new countries.
- Multilateral Netting: Manage multilateral netting, ensuring efficient and accurate settlement of international payments.
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with experience gained within a similar treasury role, preferably on an international basis. Strong quantitative analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel are essential.
