Job Title: EUD Engineer

Contract Type: Temporary Assignment

Daily Rate: £250.00

Working Pattern: Full Time

Adecco is seeking a skilled EUD Engineer to join our client, Thames Valley Police Force, on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience to our client's user base, delivering prompt support in line with business impact.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EUD incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Identify patterns and trends within the EUD services and proactively raise them as problems.
  • Support the scheduling of moves, projects, events, and technology provisions, providing a proactive service.
  • Deliver services to the agreed Key Performance Indicators, User Experience Agreements, and Service Level Agreements.
  • Follow processes and procedures, with a strong focus on asset management governance.
  • Identify service improvements within the EUD service delivery and escalate them to the EUD Senior Engineers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in ICT operational delivery.
  • Proven experience in supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops, and desktops.
  • Previous experience in resolving incidents, requests, and problems.
  • Proven experience in identifying and delivering service improvements.
  • Excellent customer experience ethos.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
  • Ability to travel to different locations across multiple forces and undertake assignments in a timely manner.
  • Good communication skills.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 equivalent certification is desirable.
