Working Pattern: Full Time
Adecco is seeking a skilled EUD Engineer to join our client, Thames Valley Police Force, on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experience to our client's user base, delivering prompt support in line with business impact.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EUD incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Identify patterns and trends within the EUD services and proactively raise them as problems.
- Support the scheduling of moves, projects, events, and technology provisions, providing a proactive service.
- Deliver services to the agreed Key Performance Indicators, User Experience Agreements, and Service Level Agreements.
- Follow processes and procedures, with a strong focus on asset management governance.
- Identify service improvements within the EUD service delivery and escalate them to the EUD Senior Engineers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in ICT operational delivery.
- Proven experience in supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops, and desktops.
- Previous experience in resolving incidents, requests, and problems.
- Proven experience in identifying and delivering service improvements.
- Excellent customer experience ethos.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
- Ability to travel to different locations across multiple forces and undertake assignments in a timely manner.
- Good communication skills.
- ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 equivalent certification is desirable.
