We are looking for an Artistic Visionary to lead our Photo Studio team at NEXT Retail Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality assets that align with the company's brand principles and creative direction.

About the Opportunity
  • Create content for the NEXT customer, ensuring it meets the company's brand principles and creative direction.
  • Work closely with the team of Seniors, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency and quality in all outputs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management within NEXT Studios, as well as senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Tasks
  • Stay ahead of the curve in terms of industry developments, including new visual trends, photographic advancements, and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, ensuring everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage creative projects and photo/video shoots from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with other Creative Leads to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
