  • Change Management: Develop and implement change requests to improve database security, performance, and scalability.

  • Auditing and Risk Management: Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our database estate, and implement measures to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • Database Expertise: Strong experience with MS SQL, including accreditation, and knowledge of TSQL.
  • Disaster Recovery: Experience with disaster recovery procedures and protocols.
  • DevOps and Automation: Proficiency in DevOps tools, such as Ansible, and experience with automation scripts.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git and GitHub.
  • Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows servers.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS, and proficiency in reporting with Power BI.
