Implementation Senior Specialist

At TEKRRA1, we are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Senior Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on appraising and optimizing vault technical systems by leveraging Data Domain with VEEAM, as well as testing and validating backup recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize Backup Recovery Workflows: Utilize Data Domain and VEEAM to optimize backup recovery and restoration workflows, ensuring efficient and secure recovery of critical assets.
- Test and Validate Backup Recovery Processes: Test and validate backup recovery processes to ensure successful restoration of critical assets/materials, guaranteeing business continuity.
- Develop Comprehensive Runbooks: Develop comprehensive runbooks for the recovery of critical materials and assets, defining and documenting operational processes required to support Cyber Recovery Services (CRS).
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training to relevant personnel on Cyber Recovery Manager, CyberSense, and other related Vault products, ensuring seamless integration and operation of Cyber Recovery Services.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and operation of Cyber Recovery Services, driving business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.
Requirements:
- Strong Expertise: Strong expertise in Data Domain and VEEAM solutions, particularly in backup recovery and optimization, with experience in Cyber Recovery Manager, CyberSense, and other vault-related products.
- Proven Track Record: Proven ability to define and implement operational processes for Cyber Recovery Services, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively with teams in a high-pressure environment focused on business continuity and disaster recovery, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication.
