Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Electrical Inspector to join our team as a Testing and Inspection Specialist. As an Asset Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and reporting on assets within privately owned and third-party multi-occupied building intakes.

• Organize and prioritize assigned work to ensure timely completion of inspections and reporting.
• Accurately and efficiently record and report inspection data using a tablet and Microsoft Teams.
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance in all aspects of the job.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and maintain professional standards.

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, basic Excel knowledge, and Microsoft Teams.
• City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2.
• JIB Gold card / ECS.
• NVQ3 or AM2.
• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• City & Guilds Test and Inspection.
• Full driving license.
• DBS check.
• Medical & Drugs and Alcohol screening.
• Health, Safety, and Environment Awareness.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read drawings and understand content.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
