Job Description:
As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing the output of a recent audit, focusing on closing out a list of highlighted improvements. You will act as the primary advisor on CDM 2015, Building Safety Act 2022, and Building Regulations 2023, ensuring compliance across all portfolio companies and stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee and ensure the performance of Principal Designers and other duty holders, monitoring deliverables and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform compliance audits and maintain a log of Principal Designer appointments
• Conduct sampling of CDM outputs and provide regular reports to the Executive Leadership Team
• Oversee and ensure the performance of Principal Designers and other duty holders
• Monitor deliverables and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
• NEBOSH Construction qualification and ideally Grad IOSH, Member of IIRSM
• Demonstrated success in managing complex construction health and safety requirements
• Strong leadership, influencing skills, and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with PFI/PPP contracts is advantageous

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 (inclusive of a day rate) and a stimulating work environment.
