The ideal candidate will have a blend of operational leadership, people management, and strategic thinking. They will be passionate about fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture that drives PPL's social and business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective operational processes and systems
- Leading on human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
- Managing resource utilisation and matching internal and external resources to meet business needs
- Overseeing quality, environmental, and information security processes in line with ISO standards
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of operational leadership, people management, and strategic thinking. They will be able to empower and develop team members in an operational setting and have expertise in human resource management, including process improvement and staff support.
PPL operates a blind recruitment process, and the application form will be used to assess eligibility before CVs are submitted for shortlisting.
