We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Line of Business Underwriting team as a Class Underwriter (Property & Casualty). The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in Property and Casualty Underwriting across both personal and commercial lines.
The role involves recommending and developing the underwriting strategy for our Property & Casualty Insurance offering, establishing appropriate rules, terms, and risk features that will enable the delivery of profit and growth objectives while effectively managing insurance risk in line with the overall underwriting strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in strategic thinking, negotiation, and influencing, as well as high-level data literacy and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
We offer a competitive salary in the range of £50,000 to £60,000, depending on skill set and experience, as well as an annual bonus, contributory pension scheme, and a range of other benefits.
