Creative Arts Specialist for SEND Support

**Job Summary**:

Protocol Education seeks an exceptional Creative Arts Specialist to provide support to pupils with complex needs, ASD, and other individual requirements in a Primary school setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work one-to-one with pupils, adapting to their unique needs and creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences.
  • Support within the classroom, promoting a calm and purposeful environment.
  • Utilize creative skills in arts, sensory, therapy, or drama to positively influence pupil growth and development.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong creative background, with a degree in arts or a related field.
  • Experience working with SEND pupils, specifically those with ASD and complex needs.
  • Ability to think creatively, adapt to changing situations, and work collaboratively with staff and pupils.

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Location:** Trowbridge, BA14.

**Hours:** 08:30-15:30, Monday to Friday (Part-Time roles available).
