Job Title: Parcel Delivery Driver

Job Description:

Meriden Media Careers is currently recruiting for a Parcel Delivery Driver to work out of a Royal Mail depot in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver post and parcels across the local area either on foot or in a van.
  • Sort parcels and post for your route in the local delivery office before leaving the depot.
  • Use a hand-held PDA device to capture customer signatures for deliveries.
  • The hand-held PDA will also act as your routing system, putting your round into the most economical order.


Requirements:
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
  • No more than 6 points.
  • No unspent criminal convictions.
  • Ability to walk long distances as well as drive a van.
