Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Specialist to join our client's team based in Stamford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled mechanic to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of the company.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on panel beating and welding. They will be responsible for preparing and repairing vehicles, achieving ongoing improvements, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively communicate technical information to colleagues and clients. They will also possess a full clean driver's licence, hold their own hand tools, and be willing to undergo further training if required.
This role offers a competitive salary of £23,200, which increases to £24,200 in April 2025. Additional benefits include 23 days holiday per annum, profit share bonus after 12 months of service, and auto-enrolment pension based on whole salary.
