Job Title: Sales Professional - Mezzanine Flooring and Racking Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Scarlet Selection as a Sales Professional - Mezzanine Flooring and Racking Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of mezzanine flooring, racking, and shelving solutions to various end-users, including manufacturers, distributors, offices, and industrial end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound enquiries and visit clients to quote and tender for major projects
* Proactively contact prospective clients to hunt for major projects
* Develop new business and respond to existing client needs
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

* 2+ years of sales experience in the industrial storage and logistics sector
* Strong knowledge of mezzanine flooring, racking, and shelving solutions
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work from home and/or the office when needed

What We Offer:

* Competitive basic salary of £40,000 to £60,000
* Uncapped OTE of £90,000+
* Car allowance, company pension, and 20 days holiday
