We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work in our Secondary SEND PRU, supporting young people aged 11-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) issues. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for developing strategies to help pupils succeed in mainstream school and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

Key Tasks:
• Providing one-to-one support to students with SEND
• Developing and implementing behaviour management plans
