We are seeking an experienced Windscreen Technician to join our team at FMG Repair Services. The ideal candidate will be based around the Lincoln area and will work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings.

This is a competitive role with a fantastic basic salary and uncapped monthly bonus schemes. The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting and repairing automotive glazing, including windscreens and body glass.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years fitting experience, ideally in a windscreen fitting role. ATA/IMI accreditation is desired but not essential. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with industry standards and techniques.

The successful candidate will also be required to have a full driving licence and be confident in route planning. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
