SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work with a group of SEN children with complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and social/emotional mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the educational and personal needs of SEN pupils
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group work
  • Use effective behaviour management strategies to monitor and diffuse difficult situations
Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEN pupils, particularly those with Autism, ADHD, and social/emotional mental health issues
  • Level 3 qualification or degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
