Job Role

Alexander Lloyd is seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to join their team. This critical role will oversee core HR services, driving process improvements and efficiencies across the firm.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, managing a team of HR and Payroll Administrators to deliver exceptional service quality.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of HR and Payroll Administrators, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Partners, Central Support Managers, Finance, and IT.
  • Partner with third-party suppliers, including HRIS, broker consultancy, benefits providers, and legal services.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including pension schemes and other perks.

Compensation Package: £58,000 - £78,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
