About the Role:

Certas Energy UK Ltd is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, and we are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Renewable Energy Sales Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and manufacturers to ensure product knowledge is up-to-date.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
  • Prepare quotations to close sales and achieve revenue goals.
  • Provide sales support, including product training and commissioning, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the HVAC or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of heating solutions and energy-efficient technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
