About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Estate Agent Trainee at Spicerhaart in Crystal Palace. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced agents in the sales process, from market appraisal to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential home owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

What We Offer

  • Competitive OTE of £25,000 per year

Training and Development

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs.
