Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Little Elms Beckenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role and make a positive impact on children's early years development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of daily operations, leading by example, and ensuring high-quality childcare services. Key responsibilities include managing the nursery in the absence of the Manager and Deputy Manager, overseeing staff and children to maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and driving continuous improvement in nursery operations.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
  • At least 1 year's experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and Statutory framework
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

We take pride in being a friendly setting in which each child's physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.

Your Benefits
