Truck Driver

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our logistics team in Hastings, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across the UK, ensuring compliance with road and safety regulations.

• Operate Class 1 vehicles for the transport of goods, adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and roadworthy.
• Follow scheduled routes and deliver goods on time, meeting customer expectations.
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate handling equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Comply with all UK driving regulations, including tachograph laws, to maintain a safe and efficient transportation network.
• Report any vehicle issues or delays to management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with the logistics team.

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving license.
• Driver CPC qualification and valid tachograph card.
• Previous experience in long-haul or multi-drop driving, with a strong understanding of UK road networks and driving regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with good time management and customer service skills.
