Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our client's team in Cornwall. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for managing maintenance and refurbishment works on social housing projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate electrical maintenance and refurbishment works on social housing projects
- Ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety standards
- Supervise and train electrical technicians and apprentices
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Requirements:
- SMSTS/SSSTS certification
- CSCS card
- First Aid at Work certification
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
- Solar Level 3 and Testing & Inspecting qualifications (desirable)
- Ability to travel across the Cornwall region
