Job Overview:
MDE Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Extrusion Technician to join their team. As an Extrusion Technician, you will be responsible for operating extrusion machines, monitoring product quality, and making process adjustments as needed.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex production line issues.

In addition to a competitive salary of £15.55 per hour plus 30% shift allowance, the successful candidate can expect a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and career growth.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Operating extrusion machines to ensure high-quality products are manufactured to precise specifications.
  • Monitoring product quality and making process adjustments as needed.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex production line issues.
  • Capable of conducting fault testing, diagnosing issues, and solving problems.
