We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Letting Negotiator to join our team at Fox & Sons, a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK. As a key member of our residential lettings team in Yeovil, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and book valuations for potential clients
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
- Progress lets through to exchange and completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and lettings, preferably in a target-driven environment
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
