Primary Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a pupil in Year 6 with behavioural needs and an EHCP.
The successful candidate will work on a full-time, long-term basis, using a child-centred approach to provide the best support for the student's learning and development.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with primary-aged children and students with a range of special educational needs
- Suitable qualifications to work with young people and support students with SEND (highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Ability to work as part of a team and be confident in dealing with occasional behavioural challenges
Salary Information
£25-£35 per hour, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
