We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Flannels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
- Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' needs and preferences, and make recommendations accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
