Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical & Quality Manager to join our team. As a key position responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, you will oversee quality control processes at contract manufacturers and packers, ensuring adherence to industry standards such as BRC, SALSA, GMP, and HACCP.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop robust quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct audits to verify adherence to quality control procedures.
- Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organic certification processes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of high-quality raw materials and packaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years in a technical or quality management role within the food or beverage industry.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards (e.g., BRC, SALSA, GMP, HACCP).
- Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
