Roadside Rescue Mechanic Role Overview
Are you a skilled mechanic looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working independently and as part of a team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide roadside assistance to customers, ensuring their vehicles are repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible
* Work independently, using your skills and expertise to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers
**What You'll Need:**
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
* Full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
* Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
