Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chemotherapy Homecare Nurse to join our team at MediTalent. As a dedicated Oncology Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing essential oncology services and ensuring patient comfort and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans to ensure high-quality care.
- Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records, including patient histories and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with Medical and Surgical Oncologists to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Administer chemotherapy treatments and medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- NMC registration and current Pin.
- Previous experience administering chemotherapy treatments.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage patient care and treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Surgical Oncology experience and knowledge of cancer treatment protocols.
