About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CHP Engineer to join our team at WB Power Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Combined Heat and Power systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service enquiries, breakdowns, and issues related to our CHP systems.
  • Conduct thorough fault diagnosis and rectification to minimize downtime.
  • Provide on-site support at multiple locations across a designated geographical area.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records using our bespoke management system.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
  • Participate in the regional on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure jobs are completed within budget and on time.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Combined Heat and Power systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial gas systems.
  • Ability to understand and complete risk assessments.
  • Previous experience in a mobile engineering position is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, including telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Desirable: experience with generators and ability to work with diverse customer bases.
